Tom and Loki - polymer clay

Alright my darlings ...

So, I had been talking to a dear friend of mine over chat and such, and I had this insane, beautifully gorgeous idea come to me. Thusly, it had to happen.

What, you ask?

Well, I shall show you.

For those who do not know of a certain British actor named Tom Hiddleston ... well, you know of him now. Amazing, amazing actor and wonderful guy in general (as most everyone thinks... ehehehe!). He's more known for his parts in the Thor movies and The Avengers as Loki of Asgard (duh, you wouldn't be here if you weren't nerds and knew of him) ...

Ok, off the bunny trail already, Abilaine.

This is what happened ...

So, yes, apart from being excessively nerdy and rather ridiculous ... I love them both sooo terribly! Yet, alas, in vain. They were made (as I said) for a friend and I have a Loki already so no need to be greedy and mean. :D hehe!

I did not even hint that I was sending them (believe me, I was grinning and laughing over my pure genius for days) and she was ... well, surprised I think. *winks*

I admit it, I am afraid I got utterly too attached to "tiny Tom" when I was making him.

*sobs*
TAKE CARE OF HIM, my friend!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*ahem*

Where was I?

:}

(I just want to pinch him little cheeks!!!!)

Sorry.

Gotta say, am rather proud of the hair.
Yea, yea, I'm so humble but seriously ... the fabulousness is astounding. *swoooons*

There you have them, people.
TAAAA-DAAA!

The Avengers, Nick Fury, and Loki - polymer clay

Ok, ok, so some may know this already but a few months ago I went and bought some Polymer clay. Aaand let's just say I ADORE the stuff!! So fun and easy to work with.

Sooooo ... TA-DA!

 THE AVENGERS.

Had tons of fun doing these. And they were relatively easy to do once I got the basic idea of how I made each one ... :D

Captain America himself ... (yes, my favorite, I admit)

Tony Start (Iron Man) ... a close second.

Aaaaaaaaand ...

"I am Loki of Asgard, and I am burdened with glorious purpose."

My pride and joy, people. XD However, to my utter sadness, the cape was so thin at the bottom that one *bang* and ... well, there went the corner of the cape! But he's just adorable and I wouldn't dream of parting with him ...

Bonus for a certain someone I know ... *winks* You know who you are, my friend. :D

So ta-da!

Comment what you think and who's your favorite.

Blessings!

Hiccup and Toothless from How to Train Your Dragon

A random piece I did just because.

Elsa from Frozen ... quite happy with this one (which is kind of a big deal seeing I'm the perfectionist ... ehehe)

  And I do. *grins*

British at heart my darlings. XD

I actually did this one on canvas ... :D
Had not truly tried to do one before but liked it.

Shroeader (... and the fabric marker battle!)

  Hey, hey, everyone!

Well, this week has been crazy crazy for me, especially this weekend. But I survived (which is always good ... hehe!)

Now, before I bore ya'll to your deaths, here's my last project.

Sooo, for a while I've been really wanting to try out fabric markers and whatnot, and I finally just went and got one. I was kinda in a hurry so just grabbed a "Stained by Sharpie" at Hobby Lobby (who knew?? LOL!) and overall it worked marvelously!

OK, for those who don't know I'm a huge fan of Schroeder from the Peanuts comics/cartoons (mostly because I play piano) aaaaaaaaaaand ...

  Well, this happened.

Alrighty, so I'm not entirely happy with it but I was rather surprised I actually did it. :D

Before when I was interested in trying markers, so I researched it quite a bit and knew exactly what to do overall.

(used this as the reference picture)

I put a piece of cardboard inside the shirt, so to not let the maker bleed and soak through onto the back.

Penciled "the sweet babboo" onto the shirt            ...              and started going over it with the marker.

TA-DA!

But easy wouldn't be the word for it, people! :D
It was a rather irritating process (seeing I hadn't ever done it before) and the shirt is made of stretchy, clingy material ... thusly, the "battle" part.

hehe!

I have NOT washed it yet (scared to almost) but I am almost positive it should stay and not fade
or anything completely despicably tragic. :)

yes ... you can see the color change ... this is the true color ... :D

All in all, I am quite alright with it. (perfectionist talking here!)
Comment your thoughts and/questions.

Oh, and by the way, a big art dump coming soon ... so keep your eyes pealed. :D

The doctor and the detective

 ---
"The world is full of obvious things which nobody by any chance ever observes."
Sherlock Holmes
-The Hound of the Baskervilles

So, yes, I am an avid Sherlock Holmes fan.  ABSOLUTLY love the books and the films by Basil Rathbone ... He's an amazing Holmes, just saying!

I obviously had to do some fan art, right? Yes. It's not a question.

I got my look for him from several differnt sources, just basically imagining what I felt he would look like, and some of the movies.

... And I could not forget the dear Doctor Watson.

The bottom (right) picture is himself and Mary Morstan. *giggles* I adored them in "The Sign of the Four", even though they had so little lines, but couldn't help myself.

What ho? A clue!!

Holmes conducting some crazy experiment in which he blows up half of 221 B ... Joking!
Poor Watson ... :]

So there they are my lovelies!
Oh and here's an extra ... This is for a freind (you know who you are... EHEHEH!)

(Dd it a while back but wanted you to see it)

Blessings!

Birthday loveliness

 So, my birthday was this month ... :}

*clears throat

"A VERY MERRY UNBIRTHDAY TO MEEEE ...!"

OK. I'm sorry. :}

Alrighty, sooo ... my dearest friend Hannah (at Hannah's Haberdashery) pulled together a crazy party for me, my sister (who has a birthday in this month as well ... hehe!), and another friend. :D They both are just the best, kindest things on this planet. So very blessed to have them!

*high-pitched squeal*

JUST LOOK AT ALL THE DARLING PERFECTION?!?!?! I could hardly pull it out of it's bag when she gave it to me, honestly!!! He has the most soft, fluffy hair ... it's loveliness!!

 *completely goes into giggle fit*

And, prepare, my friend (she knows who she is). :} I'll convert you.

If you want to see more of Hannah's amazingness, go here.

This was me when I got home with it:

(honest... O.o)

And for those who don't know ... yes. I am an absolute fan of Disney's "Beauty and the Beast".
So when my friend handed me this I was completely ecstatic.

I've seen soo many crayon melts but I have never tried it. LOVE it so much! Thank you, Elizabeth. It went straight on my wall, by the way. :D

Blessings!
